今天mbA面试，两个训练比较少的英语听力以及小组面试果然不如预期，温丰说道：“英语听力，考官问一个我没有准备的题目，但这个问题却是我工作中的基本事情，我由于没有听清楚，也没有抓住关键词来进行自由发挥，最后像挤牙膏似的，感觉极差。”

“一说到我到GE上班，马上用英文面试我。其实问题也是很simple，但是我临场不够smart，没有采用引、析（述）、总的说话结构，这种说话结构可能用中文是可以了，但是英文还没练过，也没有把局面引到自己的优势上来。”

“另外小组面试，我准备的依然没用，还是考本能的，而我本能的表现自我感觉也不好。”

“本能的缺陷那是没办法，但是有些是可以通过smart转换为优势的，还是准备的不够全面，临场不够smart。今天的表现，我给自己打分是50分。又是一个很悬的分数。”

“小组陈述对我稍微有利，相对于讨论来说，面试官也分明是要我们陈述，而偏偏那几个家伙讨论起来了，而讨论的形势我抢不过他们，后来到他们无话可说时候，我来了一段比较长的表述。总体上，我对自己表现的评价是不大满意的。两个月来，我已经把中文个面变成本能，但是英文面试和小组讨论还远远没有达到，昨天的情况是自己的优势没有发挥，而考察的重点却是我的薄弱地方。小组讨论是我功力的欠缺，而英语面试虽然功力还是不够，但是如果展示自己优势的话，表现还是可以的。”

I worked as a project engineer， I used mitsubishi pLc and Simense pLc. I used Gx developer software for mitsubishi q series controller and used SImAtIc software for Simense S7 series controller.

Your presentation should have:

– an introduction

– a purpose statement

– a body

– a conclusion

make an outline

the outline should contain 40，50% of the words used in your presentation.

the purpose of the introduction is to hook your audience. wait until the purpose statement before you really get into your topic.

to grab your audiences attention you can use:

– humour

– drama

– interesting anecdotes

– a good quote

– a question

the body

– examples

– details

– factual data

– descriptions

– parisons

– images

the conclusion

? this is the shortest part of the presentation.

? Restate the key points in your speech.

? You can also try to leave the audience with something to think about but this is not the primary purpose of the conclusion.

preparation

? being well-prepared and practicing is the best way to overe presentation anxiety.

? Go over your outline several times, both silently and out loud.

? Remember the sequence of ideas instead of memorizing word for word.
